Any transaction, reservation, or booking you complete is strictly between you and the respective third-party merchant. Mimajo is not a party to that contract and bears no responsibility or liability for merchant services, fulfillment, quality, or cancellations.
2. Deal Accuracy, Volatility & "Error Fares"
While we make reasonable efforts to verify deal prices, terms, and availability at the time of publication, travel prices fluctuate rapidly due to dynamic pricing algorithms, inventory changes, and seat classes.

Mimajo is not liable for price changes, sold-out deals, or "error fares" (airline pricing mistakes) that are subsequently canceled or unhonored by the merchant. Always confirm total prices, baggage fees, change policies, and fine print on the merchant's checkout page before booking.
3. Membership, Subscriptions & Cancellations
Mimajo offers free memberships as well as paid recurring subscription plans ("Voyager / Globetrotter").

Billing & Auto-Renewal:
Paid memberships are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via our authorized payment processors. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel prior to your renewal date.

Refunds:
Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly stated in a promotional trial offer. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partially used billing periods.

- Republish, resell, license, or commercially redistribute Mimajo's deal content, flash deal alerts, or paid membership feeds.
- Attempt to bypass security measures, disrupt site infrastructure, or misuse our enquiry and registration systems.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, including the laws of Singapore:
- Mimajo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site, reliance on published deals, or dealings with third-party travel merchants.
- Mimajo provides the Site on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- Mimajo accepts no liability for travel disruptions, flight delays, missed connections, merchant insolvencies, baggage loss, passport/visa requirements, or health regulations encountered during travel booked through merchant links.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mimajo and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your interactions with third-party merchants.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
